What is Our School
We believe young children master skills, solve problems, discover new concepts and learn how to get along with others while playing. We offer developmentally appropriate experiences, meeting the children’s individual needs. Learning will be facilitated to allow the children to explore their environment and interact with their peers. It will create a unique balance between all areas of development- spiritually, socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually.
Pre-school children are firmly focused on preparing for their first steps in education through a tailored introduction to subjects that they will soon be working on at kindergarten– reading, writing, math and science as well as art and languages. We work with our pre-school children to give them a head start in learning and to equip them with the beginnings of the academic confidence required for later school success.
We use a range of methods to plan activities that are suitable for the age and abilities of the children showing regard to children’s individual learning needs for their overall development.
Our Curriculum
- Playgroup – 1.6 – 2.7 years
- Nursery – 2.7 – 4 years

Little Munchkins Tiny Tots
This playgroup class is a gentle introduction to nursery combining free play with more structured time for arts & crafts and music. Since children learn through examples and imitation, all teachers adopt a ‘hands on’ approach along with modern technology on interactive board.
Little Munchkins Nursery Tots
Following are the 7 main areas on which we work with children hand in hand for their holistic development:
Communication and Language
Physical Development
Personal, Social and Emotional Development
Literacy
Mathematics
Understanding the world
Grooming their talents
Kindergarten
We have kids of 4 plus. We follow integrated curriculum. Children’s curiosity and self-expression are nurtured through free play, while teachers model kind and respectful interaction and interest in others, supporting social development. Our programs balance freedom and structure, and our students engage in meaningful activities in and out of the classroom that promote brain development, support self-regulation and executive function, develop large and fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, and strengthen flexible thinking, creative problem-solving, and emotional resilience..
At Little Munchkins we use a fun, play based approach to support learning and development in the early years. Learning is guided by exceptional staff who skillfully support child’s learning and development through effective teaching.
Teaching Methodology
Little Munchkins provide educational, emotional, creative and social guidance for children in a home-like and loving environment. We believe in sensory learning through play, games, group activities and exploration making a child’s first “school” experience a relaxed, friendly and joyous one. A day at Little Munchkins will include language arts, reading readiness, science, music, movement, math, and art activities that are stimulating and will encourage child’s growth and development. The ultimate goal is to form a union with parents to help children develop confidence, a strong self image and a thirst for learning.
